EXCELLENT hotel near the metro!
friendly staff secure parking nice balcony
I found the staff cute and friendly. Underground parking was available. It was secure and a great value. I really appreciated that the room came with a balcony. It added extra space.
The tv remote did not work.

loud staff brazen behavior
I had a few issues. The cleaning staff were loud and really inconsiderate. They started making a lot of noise in the corridor at 7 AM. They were just chatting without any consideration . This kind of brazen behavior from a hotel staff is outrageous. To. All in all, the experience was not at all pleasant.

The location was amazing. it was very close to the metro. the rooftop was really nice. I could sit and see the sunset. the staff were very helpful. they were also very friendly, i thought.
the shower was like a bath. it was not easy to take a bath there. there were no glasses in the bathroom. it was hard to soak dentures overnight.

The breakfast offered many choices. It was acceptable.
The room was too small. Moving around with luggage proved difficult. the bed provided inadequate comfort. i found this unacceptable.

helpful staff convenient location great variety
the staff was friendly and helpful. i found the location near the metro convenient. the rooftop bar offered a great spot to enjoy the sunset. the variety at breakfast was big and delicious!
The elevators were very small. Check-in and check-out proved difficult with a large group.

convenient location friendly staff good breakfast reasonable price
The hotel sits very close to a metro station and a 24/7 bakery sits adjacent to the building. My room had a standard size, and the daily cleaning was satisfactory. I found the staff to be friendly and always ready to assist. The price including breakfast provided a good value.
I noticed some noise from the street despite being on a higher floor and sounds from the rooftop bar above were audible at times.

The location is very central, right next to a subway station. a great bakery and cafe is next door, and a good restaurant is opposite the building. the staff are nice and helpful. The room was acceptable.
there were no slippers in the room , , made it uncomfortable to go from the shower to the bedroom. some food from previous guests remained in the fridge. the shower curtain had a hole.
